You do not need any additional software. First you will be taken to a 'lobby'. We will then need to authorise you for the digital room. This may take a while if we are talking to someone else or if there are other people in the queue before you. Of course, you can decide for yourself whether you would like to participate with or without video transmission. We also reserve the right to do this.
