This position is a joint professorship with the Leibniz Institute for Educational Media | Georg Eckert Institute (GEI) in Braunschweig, where Prof. Weich is the head of the Media | Transformation department. Andreas Weich’s research focuses on mediality and media constellations in the context of school education. His research projects include explorations of practices and subject positions in the context of educational media with a particular focus on AI. Andreas Weich supervises dissertations or theses on mediality, digitality and schools, that use qualitative or theoretical research approaches.
